phony update messages from appfreedownload . Org

My wife's Galaxy S4 frequently keeps getting full screen warning pages with an android symbol stating either "keyboard system needs to be upgraded immediately", or "your memory full" (bad English), also with steps to upgrade. This site persists in posting these windows. Not sure what app is triggering this, but it needs to stop. The website that these are coming from is appfreedownload . Org

Welcome to Android Central! Are those popups only occurring while using the browser, or do they appear even when you're in another app or on the homescreen?

Try an app like Lookout's Ad-Network Scanner & Detector. Ultimately, you might have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.
