How do I stop my Droid Turbo 2 from getting "androidmaster virus" pop-ups?

I purchased this Droid Turbo 2 about a month ago and after a few days I began getting multiple pop ups just from unlocking my phone, bringing up the chrome app, or redirecting to a site. The pop up I have been getting the most often is from "android master.net" claiming that my "Motorola Droid Turbo 2 is 28.1% damaged because of (4) viruses due to adult websites." Yet I've never even attempted to get on to one of those websites. I've done scans through AVG and Avast and both have showed no viruses. I've cleared data, history, and cache from chrome. My pop up blocker is off and I'm still getting these random pop ups every 5 minutes! Someone help please!

It probably has to do with some app that you installed. Do a factory data reset and don't install any apps to see if you still have the problem
