how to stop my galaxy s6 edge from being hacked?

someone or something is downloading apps and sending messages, deleting photos. the whole nine yards. already done a factory reset. someone please help me!!! att says they know nothing about it. i want to hack the hacker pretty much, tired of my pics being erased. please help

It could be an app you're installing on the phone that is installing the apps. I would check that.
