How do I stop my Galaxy S7 from dimming in and out while dialing

The seems like a new feature but every time I make a call the screen dims in and out while it's dialing I would like to turn this off how do I do it?

As far as I know it happens in most phones. Try to extend the
Timet out to at least 2mins mighhelp..What I do in my SGs7

I softly press the Power button to return the screen On
again: Hope other members came up with a fix - Bye

I think Sam is on the right track, it could be a display setting, or it could be a phone setting. My Android does not do this. 2 places to look for the setting would be under Settings, Display, and then Settings, Systems Apps, Then Phone. Poke around in those two areas. I did NOT see anything promising BUT your setting choices may be different than mine.

Open Samsung plus then click diagnostics then click battery optimize then slide to the right the battery dimmer
