how to fix samsung rebooting and rebooting again error?

my mobile samsung galaxy grand2 suddenly shut down and continue to restarting to the word samsung then rebooting again an again.
i tried to remove the battery and once i put it, the mobile begin to do the same thing itself.

i tried to remove the sim and memory card ... same result.

another thing i tried to press the home and power and volume up buttons, it is said No command.

Did you try removing the battery and leaving it out for a few minutes? You might need to hook the phone up to Samsung Kies to do an emergency recovery.
