How do I stop software update message?

I recently upgraded to S7. Had everything installed by AT&T tech. Everyday 2 or 3 times a day I received message stating Software updates available. I have installed several times but message still keeps appearing.

Installing apps, isn't the same as software updates on the phone. Accept the updates while you are on wifi, or in good service area, and it will help your fun continue to function properly.
