How do I stop the vibrations on notifications on my Moto E 2nd gen?

Simple question on this phone. Notifications. I selected a notification ringtone. OK on that. Question is, how can I stop it from vibrating as well? All I want is the ringtone. That's the question. Thanks for any comments in advance.

Welcome back! Vibration with notification tones can be set individually in each app. So open your various apps that give you notifications, go to their settings menu, and look for the notification options. Turn off the vibration, if they give you that option.

yea that's part of the problem, it took me several weeks to find all the places where to turn off vibrations.

Thanks for the tip. Not all of the apps have an option to turn off vibrations. If the previous poster knows of any hidden places, would appreciate where they would be.

If you go to Settings>Sound & Notification​ and turn off Vibrate while Ringing, does that also turn off all vibration for notifications?

No does not turn off all notification vibrations. Just on the ringing.
