How do I switch back to Dalvik?

How to i switch back to dalvik???? My screen is black and unresponsive...!!

i accidently switched to ART from dalvik and now my screen is black and unresponsive. if I power off I get the reboot loop then a black screen again. pls help... btw I have a moto x
