how do I switch my Verizon galaxy s4 to cricket?

just got a Verizon Galaxy S 4 phone and wanted to switch it over to cricket network. Been having trouble with a notification saying "SIM card is from an unknown source"and not being able to listen to my voicemails without using visual voicemail assistant. Everything else works Internet,calling, messaging and really everything else except those two things and I know if my network is on and H+ instead of their 4G network through AT&T. If anyone has any ideas I'm definitely open to anything at this point.

1) Has it been unlocked?

2) It's missing some frequencies for AT&T 4G.

3) Your speeddial is probably still calling Verizon's VM number. You can change that (you'll have to get the number from Cricket).
