I have accidentally switched on screen reader and now stuck with it

Tap on the arrow at the bottom of your clock. Then when it says 'apps tap twice', tap twice to get into your apps. Using TWO FINGERS, SWIPE down til you get to settings. Double-tap 'settings' then again, using two fingers, swipe down to 'accessibility' and double-tap that, then tap the 'screen reader' and take check mark out of the box. Hopefully you've already solved this, seeing as you posted it 11 hours prior to my reply, but if not, hopefully I saved you from smashing your watch which I was tempted to do when I just did the same thing by mistake!
