How do i switch on my htc one dual sim when i have no power button

Welcome to Android Central! You typically can't power it on unless you have a working Power button. Some Android devices will power on as soon as you plug it into a wall outlet, but if your phone doesn't do that, then there's not much you can do besides get the phone repaired.
