How do I sync a particular picture folder between my phone and tablet?

Here is what I am trying to do:

Use my personal phone to take pictures for work > Have the camera app save pictures to a designated work picture folder on my phone > be able to access that folder on my tablet.

I have tried google photos but it wants to sync all of personal stuff between the two. I just need to sync the one folder. That is it.

All the apps I can find seem so heavy or cost money. Does anyone have a solution? I do have Dropbox but could not get my camera app to save to a Dropbox folder.
