How do I sync app folder organization to a new phone or tablet

I recently organized all my apps into folders on my home screen. I'm wondering if there is a way to sync that organization to a tablet, and eventually a new phone. Any ideas?

Some launchers let you do that. You can try downloading Nova, importing your home screen (I think that's possible) and then saving your Nova setup. You can then take that save file and put it on other devices with Nova and see how it works. I believe it works with the free version so you won't have to pay anything to try it out.

What garublador says is correct, but Nova doesn't import perfectly.
