Okay, I am not a Tech but I have finally been able to do this. Please bear with me.
I got my S7 in august, I have purchased numerous program that were supposed to syn my calendar ( I use outlook 2007) ON a forum I heard about sync2. I tried the thing for 2 weeks free did not work, I uninstalled it. Then went back and purchased it on paypal so I could get a refund if needed., I got the outlook to sent new events through google to my phone, I got the phone to send new events to google, could not get outlook to pick them up from google.
Finally 2 days after paying for the program I understood that I am not as smart as I thought i was. I went on to their chat support, provided screen shots and detailed information about what was not happening and what I required. The chat was closed. (this was at 10pm). when I turned my phone on the next day there was a message to log into the chat and give the reference number they supplied.
I did as requested, the agent asked to log into my computer, they did that and less than 5 minutes later I could see the the events from my phone coming up on my computer.
Since I could not believe that they could solve the problem so quickly, I have performed numerous test, the new events are always going where they are supposed.
a word of warning, they may try to pass you to a seller to buy more programs, I was so please that they got the process going I agreed. Then I had to just disconnect.
