How do I sync my Tablet and S5?

syncing tablet and s5

How can I sync android tablet and s5 so calendar and contacts are the same.
Tablet version is 4.4.2
Samsung galaxy is S5 is 4.4.2 version
I use outlook 2007, my phone calendar is the same, but my tablet contacts and calendar are not.
I don't know if I have to purchase possibly an app or if I can do this via USB cable.
I would greatly appreciate some help
