Android Central Question

I just did a master reset on a phone that I'm trying to reset up and it's on airplane mode. In order to set it up I have to take it off of airplane mode but I can't get to that setting because I just did the factory reset and I can't connect to a network when it's on airplane mode. Can somebody help me?

Welcome to Android Central! How do you know it's in Airplane Mode -- do you see the little plane icon in the status bar? Are you able to swipe down the notification panel to access the Quick Settings?

There’s something wrong if, after resetting, the phone is in that mode before you connect to a network.
Why did you reset?

You mention both Master Reset and Factory Reset. I believe that there’s a difference, though I’ve long forgotten it if there is. But you mean the latter?
