How do I take off the advertising page from in front of my security page?

how do a take off advertizing page from in front of my security page

when i turn on my phone there is a page wiht a little square hanging from a string. and advertisements at the bottom. there is one swipe. then i have the security page that requires my security pattern. then, if i am not careful, and swipe, i get another page that just lifts a corner to show what placed i had been to last. I just want the security pass code and tthat is all.

What phone do you have? If it's vendor specific sometimes they offer cheaper phones at the cost of running hard coded advertisements.
