Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, but can you clarify that? Why do you think someone is remotely accessing your phone? Are you saying that you can use your phone without a SIM card and without any kind of internet connection?

We're you able to find anything out about this? I am having the same issue. My parents bought me my Samsung 5 as a "gift", I initially hard reset the phone right when I got it because It was already partly initiated. Too many stories to detail on here. Ease write back and send some links or your advice on what you think is going on?

I don't know about thr Sim card thing. But for an example. Stayed hotel last night, I was there about five or ten minutes I was connected to their wifi because my wifi connetion is set on automatic but there was a password you had Implement thst I never granted and when I opened my phone initially, I notice it was on a pjone nformation app that I hardly use, that tells you your network connection, etc I swiped that off and there was some android message about wifi. I turned off wifi and then I got this warning that I was getting off wifi thst I was leaving a wifi network and that I will using network data, that I never receive when I turn off wifi. I never get that and I didn't get on my phone at the hotel till that moment. And the next day when I actually tried to get on wifi it wouldn't even load up the page to be granted access to actually get on wifi to use it. I wish I had grabbed more detail about thr info on the he app. But I was freaked out it was opened in th the place and quickly swiped it off. This phone was given to me by parents as a gift, and I initially hard reset thr phone when I received it because the set up was already partially done. Now I did got to the bathroom wen I initially got to the hotel and lefty phone alone in the hotel room and I was thr only one there unless somehow someone slipped in my room and did but I have a password on my phone as well
