How do I transfer playlists from an S4 to an S5?

Transfer Playlists from s4 to s5

Hi, I am trying to transfer my playlists from my Galaxy s4 to my Galaxy s5. However on the S5 it doesn't let me access the folder where the playlists are stored to move my old playlists there. Tried showing hidden files, and I still can't access the path, I see the path when I search for a new playlist I created in the S5, but I can't find it to access it. Do you know if there is a way?

Do you have those play lists available on a desktop manager like iTunes or Play? Might be easier to move them from PC to phone instead of phone to phone.

Hi!, no I don't have them in a computer, I just have the playlits in the music part of my Samsung Galaxy S4.
I stored them in the SD card thinking I could just place them in the Playlist folder on the S5, since in the S4 it did let me. But here it won't let me access it to paste the playlists there.
Might have to do them again one by one :'(
