How do I turn off the drag down notification/status bar while the phone is locked?

I mean, although there are fingerprint and stuff, people can still access basic features of my phone such as wi-fi, location, battery etc. without unlocking it. I want to stop such access. I use a Moto G5S plus

Try this. Go to settings, Security and lock screen, set your settings to not show notifications.

Unfortunately, it does NOT help. He asked to block the "notification bar" (specifically, things like wi-fi or bluetooth) when the phone is locked ... NOT how to block notifications.
