How do I turn on app overlay options?

So I just got the S7 and got LookOut setup but it asked me to turn of application overlay options for some apps and now I can't find those options again and Game Launcher does not want to open, keeps saying Game Launcher stopped.

So where can I find these options or to reinstall Game Launcher.

I think I am having same problems, only reason I can think off that my game launcher has stopped

Not sure if you are still trying to find this but I just figured out how to get to my app overlays. Go on settings and then app manager. Click the more options in top right corner and there should be an option for apps that can appear in top, click that then just toggle the game launcher on and you should be set to go
