AC Question

My pictures from my phone (Droid Ultra/Verizon) used to appear in a folder called "Instant Upload" in Picasaweb and later in Google+ photos. Now they don't. I am trying to figure out how to turn the backup feature back on, or if it is no longer available in the same way, what my options are.

I have been searching help and forums and the best answer I found was to go to the "Photos" app and click the three lines in the upper right to access settings and then check the box next to photos.

I do not have a Photos app, I have a Gallery app, and there is no such setting. I looked for a Photos app in the play store, but don't find it.

What am I missing?
Thanks.
Linda

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have Google+ installed? Photos is part of the Google+ app.

You can also open Google+, tap the Menu button at the upper right, then Settings, and select the Auto Backup option there.
