How do i turn vibrate only mode on marshmellow

I saw the previous forum and tried all the dnd volume up and down, pressing the icon and everything and it won't put in vibrate only mode, how can I turn it on? Something in settings I'm missing perhaps?

Ok, so if you press and hold Vol Down until it goes all the way down, then press it once more, it doesn't go to Vibrate Only? Does it just go to Do Not Disturb?

Exactly, it goes directly to DND
