How do I undo "Never Allow" charges?

[Android Central Question]

So I got the "this may cause charges on your mobile account" message and pressed "Never Allow" without pressing "remember my choice" and I can't find the "Premium SMS" tab, and tried to resetting the app messages and didn't work, any help? My phone is LG Stylus 2

How did you reset the message app?
