How do I unfreeze this Optimus Fuel LG 134 phone its stuck on the black LG screen?

how do i unfreeze this optimus fuel lg134 phone its stuck on the black lg screen

i taken the battery out, powered it off and back on again and it still goes to that same screen. before it froze it kept popping up unfortunately such and such as shutdown. please help me

Welcome to Android Central! That's probably not a good sign. It may be that some hardware component is failing.
