How do I uninstall apps without access to gmail?

I just found my old samsung tablet and I really want to start using it and uninstall all the useless apps but unfortunately when I got it a few years ago I only had hotmail and it recuired a gmail so, I used my cousins gmail but I've lost contact with her so I can't log in on the mail. I have tried to put in my own gmail now that I have a few but the apps are downloaded on my cousins gmail so I still can't do anything about it. Is there something I can do to fix all this?

Welcome to Android Central! Which tablet? You should probably just do a factory data reset, then set the tablet up with your Google account.
