Hello. You should be able to uninstall from the App drawer menu, but you can also go to Applications Manager - All - Clean Master, uninstall. Check for any other apps that Cheetah has installed. You can look at the Clean Master page of the Play Store and see what other apps they do. If you have Battery Doctor, I would remove that too.
