How do I unroot my EVO 4G on a Mac?

I have read the instructions and downloaded the RUU_Supersonic_1.32.6......exe file. I rooted using the Toast XDA method but never did the recovery part. I want to completely turn my phone into stock like the day I bought it. But there are no good instructions to unroot the EVO. Please help. I have a Mac.

I am unrooting because of problems with applications, live wallpapers, and sluggish performance.

Connect your phone through USB an run the exe file?

I tried doing that (pc) but problem 107 (ithink) says it can't find the USB connection and I don't know what to do?

It needs to be done on a pc... or using Wine... but for the sake of explaining that, just use a pc. Install HTC Sync first, then run the .exe

Are there directions somewhere for UNrooting the Evo? I need to do this as my screen is starting to lift and need to exchange for a new, hopefully 003 version at Radioshack.

Sad jesus, dont you guys search, i spent all day wed slaving over a hot keyboard writing up a guide on how to unroot ... its 2 posts down. i wont even bother linking.
