Go to Settings>Language&Keyboard

You should be able to select it there. I use Swift Key X, and that is where I enabled it.

You can also long press in any area where you type and a context menu will open up with an option for "Input Method". Choose that and you can select Swype.

I did, its not working! Isn't there something I can long press on the sense kb for input method!

I'm such an idiot. I was trying to input it threw handcent instead of the default message app.
