How do you back up the DInc?

OK, since we know the Froyo update is coming, how can you back up the Inc before doing any changing. With my BB Storm, I could do a compete back up and save the file on BB's Desktop Manager. Is there a similar way for the Incredible?

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I did not find anything...

Download MyBackUp from Market Place. The free version will work fine. Run it twice. Back up your data and then back up your apps.
