How do you change out the screen on the phone?

Problems with smartphonebay!

Smartphonebay as not been fun to deal with! I recently bought a new screen for my BlackBerry Z30. They have a photo of the screen with the frame. They sent a screen that works but has no frame. There is no silver back, plastic trim or screw holes or tabs to fasten it to the phone! Now they are playing games and saying that what was sent is correct. The photo they use to advertise shows all of the items I need attached to the screen, however, that is not what they sent! My suggestion? Don't anyone else buy there!

BTW, Anyone know how to remove the old screen from the frame and glue the new one on?

Maybe Mobile Nation can start emailing or posting on their website?

I can use all the help I can get.
