How do you double lock phone with both PIN and fingerprint for double security?

How do you setup double lock with fingerprint and PIN to lock your Galaxy s9+ phone? Need to set it up so it requires two unlocking to successfully unlock phone

i don't think you can do that unless you use a third party app.
because the phone will unlock when you use one of the locking methods like pin, password, fingerprint, face/iris recognition even if you enable all of them.
so maybe if you install an app that will somehow lock the phone then you can have 2 locking methods at the same time.
