How Do You Edit Tags for MP3 Files on your External SD Card?

I have KitKat 4.4. I'd like to edit tags on mp3 / FLAC files stored on my 64GB SD card.

Is there an easy way to get this done without rooting and using a PC?

That app doesnt let you edit tags on external sd cards of kitkat 4.4 devices.

Anybody have a real solution?
