How do you enable AllShare if you disabled it?

I disabled AllShare and now it's gone. How do you enable it again?

Not sure if this applies to anything you disable. Where does it go?

All your disabled apps should be at the bottom of the list in the 'All' tab when you go to manage applications. Then just click 'Enable'.
