how do you fix an abnormal factory reset on j1 without id or password

i performed a factory reset on a galaxy j1. i got message that it was an abnormal factory reset and i do not have id or password for samsung. How can i resolve this problem

You can't yourself, but if you take it to a carrier store they will be able to get round that if you catch them at a non-busy time.
