How do you forward a email on a android tablet

I have tried to forward a email to a friend but i do not know how.

Once you open the email, look to the right side of the screen even with the sender's name. You'll see 2 arrows, one pointing to the left, one pointing to the right. The arrow pointing right is the forwrad "button".
