How do you hang up

on the Samsung Galaxy S6 when you are talking to somebody how to you hang up.

I called somebody and it went to Voice mail. It got stuck on the recording and I had a hard time getting the phone to Hang up.
What is the secret.

Have you called tech support to work through your issue? You may need am exchange. Never had his issue. I just press the red phone dot icon on th screen.

I'm suppose to go to Best Buy Saturday for a Class. Will ask the Samsung man.
I been wondering since I got the phone on the 10th how you hang it up.
And I suppose to leave Houston Sunday morning and drive to Tampa, Fl. from Houston in a moving truck.

I can't call anybody this late to check it out ..
But I don't remember seeing the red button on my phone.
I will try reseting the phone.

Admittedly it was more straightforward to "hang up" with the phone that was in my grandfather's farm house.

And if you ever wondered where the phrase "hang up" came from it was from using old phones like this.

On my S6? I tap the red circle with the phone icon.

When I updated my phone, it gave me the ability to hang the phone up with the red end call.

I get this screen also so what do you do when the Red round button with the white phone in the middle does not work? So far the only way that I have found to completely turn my phone off to disconnect call, not fun.
