How do you install APKs on Honda Odyssey 2019 Elite

I got a new Honda Odyssey which I found that the infotainment system runs Android. I have found a way to access the browser and installed an app. Then it said that PackageInstaller stopped working. How do you install an APK properly?

Just because it runs Android OS doesn't mean that you can install apps on it. Check with Honda to see if this is even possible.
