How do you know if you have the HDR Microphone or not?

Just reading up about the HDR Microphone that was originally listed on the HTC One spec sheet, and due to a legal battle with Nokia had to be removed.
I was just wondering how do you know if your handset has the HDR Microphone from ST Microelectronics or HTC's own.
Apparently HTC were allowed to sell there remaining stock with the mics but after stocked ran out had to switch.
My phone's serial number is SH34FW which means it was produced in Shanghai on April 15th 2013 does anyone know if this would have the HDR mic or not?

When I asked the same question, I found out the court ruling did not impact the US, thus they should all have the hd mic. This will probably be the case for some time. Without any substantial quantities of mic inventory, however, nobody can answer your question for sure.

But for the sake of inventory, will they keep all mics the same?

They'll use all of the Nokia mics before a global transition.
