Android Central Question

I have that many taking up space, but if i try to disable they say may upset other stuff if disabled?

Without you listing specific apps there's not much help we can do about that. Sometimes it just says that for like the keyboard app where it might not function properly on the phone. Try deleting apps you don't use.

Welcome to AndroidCentral 😃 Thanks for the question.

Just comment down below which Apps you are thinking of un-installing / Deleting and we will let you know if it's fine to do so.

As the above member said, that message you getting is just a precaution because some apps need to be there. For example, if you only have 1 camera app and delete it. You will no longer be able to use the camera unless another app is downloaded. 😃

Any app you installed, you can uninstall without a problem. (And you can reinstall it later if you like.)

An app that you didn't install, or that you don't recognize - as Matty said, list the ones you're thinking of uninstalling. Also list your phone make and model (we need both because some manufacturers seem to be using the same names - is a G5 a Motorola or an LG?) Most apps that you shouldn't uninstall, you can't uninstall. But there are some you can, so list here first, then wait for an answer - before you uninstall something and kill your phone.

(By the way, deleting is just the shortcut on the home screen - the app is still in the app drawer. That's not a problem, but it doesn't free up much space either. Uninstalling is completely removing the app from the phone.)
