How do you organize your phone numbers contact list?

How do you organize your phone numbers contact list? I just thought maybe someone have some special way of organizing your contact list

The only organization that I do is with groups. For example, friends, family, medical (doctors), businesses, church... And so forth.

I just let the device to save them. My contacts show by first name.
Nothing especial.
