How do you remove a "saved" email address on the "share screen"

Ok so say you are on a photo and you click the share icon...you then are directed to the "share" screen this is where you can choose how/who you are sharing with ... there is a row across the top which shows (I'd assume contacts contacted recently or often) a row of suggested contacts (ie: individuals via text & email). There is an email address there that I'd never like to see again, ever. I've removed this email from my contacts, Ive NOT emailed the address any time recently BUT the "suggested" email remains.... help! PLEASE!!
