Just a general question to xoom users. Do you use built in bluetooth? 3rd party app? Plug it into your computer? Some kind of wifi file share?

I mostly use ESFile Explorer. I connect to my computer over wifi using the IP address. Then I can simply brows files on my computer and copy and past them to the Xoom.

Works great.

Bluetooth has worked well for me with batches of mp3s, video files or pictures.

Yeah common files work well with bluetooth so far, I just got swiftp and tried it out worked very well. Dropbox was ok nothing great for me. And usb was good for large files.

Dropbox religiously... except for large files, then it's USB.

Anyone needing a dropbox account with some extra free storage can sign up with the link in my signature...

I use Dropbox, the USB cord, and Amazon Cloud for music. I did use Doubletwist AirSync for a bit but I rarely sync music to my device anymore, thanks to Amazon Cloud music.

iSyncr for music using itunes over wifi for my top rated stuff that I want in airplanes etc with no access to data...

USB for big files like movies that I need on my Xoom...PlayOn for general streaming of my movies from my PC to Xoom, but USB for plane rides

DropBox for regular files

dropbox here for large and small files.....if you're on the same router, the transfers are nearly instantaneous....large files only slow me down when I don't have both my desktop and xoom on the same router

Usually Bluetooth... somtimes USB cable... whichever I am in the mood for at the time. lol

I use dropbox for small things. I move all of my music using media monkey. I tried Amazon Cloud for music but I didn't like that much.

Wifi File Explorer App is great.. it runs a local server off your Xoom and lets you browse/upload files via your desktop browser. Works great and involves no cables.

Alternately, I use esFile Explorer to "pull" files to my xoom from my local server.
