How Do you sync only My Contacts, instead of All Contacts?

For some reason I cant seem to sync only my contacts from gmail on my Vibrant. Any suggestions?

if you go to your settings in contacts, you can chose what contacts you view. and under accounts and sync settings, you can select what is being sync'd from which account.
