how do you turn of screen overlay on samsung note 5?

I need to turn off screen overlay on samsung note 5

Hi and welcome to Android Central. Check to see if you have CM cleaner or CM anti virus. Uninstall those and the phone should be fine. You still get the pop up asking for permissions at first, but once you click "allow" it will go away. I've also read that some battery saver apps do the same thing to the phone. Let us know if this helps.

Twilight will also cause this (Great app if you want blue filter on a phone that doesn't have it)
