How do you use call forwarding, can't find in settings - Samsung Note 9

I can't find the settings to set up my call forwarding for my Samsung Gear S3 Frontier.

I have tried following the Samsung web site on how to do this but can not find the setting on my phone in the Galaxy Wearable App. It only has option for call forwarding to a phone number thinking this would work but it sends all calls to my watch even when watch and phone are connected.
