how does it do email?

Does it do email like the blackberry phones or is just like all android phones. My wife might get this phone but would like to know if it is as good as a blackberry phone when it comes to the email. She likes the ability to put things into folders. I have an android phone and she likes it OK but would like more options when it comes to the email. So if any body can help whither this that would be great.

I'm no expert on this but I'll try to help. It depends...gmail has a number of different folders that are pretty comprehensive in terms of flexibility in regards to "filling" email. You can establish different folders within gmail from your computer and gmail will sync those with your phone. On the other hand, if she is using a different POP/IMAP email account (Comcast, AOL, Yahoo etc) there is no ability to create folders. The standard inbox, outbox, trash and sent folders are all that are available...I don't think you can create other folders...at least I don't know how to do that and I've tried.

If she's using Exchange ActiveSync, she should be able to file into any of her Outlook folders and access those folders as needed.
