I recently saw this girl using this absolute beautiful phone in the library earlier which kept me thinking about it during the day.
I found the phone on the Internet (Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus) and seriously considering picking this baby up. It's gorgeous.
With the slim design and curved screen, how does this feel in the hand?
Is it slippery? Does it feel awkward? Would you have confidence using it walking down the street texting?
Appreciate all responses, cheers guys.

I have the phone. It feels great in the hand. It is however slippery, due to its glass back. I would suggest a case. Walking and texting is not an issue at all. This phone is as functional as it is beautiful. I did get insurance with this phone because the curved screen make me a little nervous.

I found the phone to be kinda strange in the hand, and would have some accidental screen touches holding it with one hand.
two hands it's a dream😊
getting a case gave some extra room around the edges so they screen touches don't happen, I still find it a little tricky still to hold with one had.

I have long fingers and I find it thin and slippery. I don't normally use cases, but I had to put one on this because I dropped it once. It's definitely form over function.

I have it almost 2 months. It is very thin and quite slippery.
You need a case for everyday use. I have already 4 cases: 2 simple ones and 2 wallet pouchs.
Without a case you'll definetely experience scratches on the edges and screen.
Not to mention a fall down.

I have long fingers as well and I find it odd to use without a case. Accidental presses, etc. With a case is much better to hold. Still some accidental presses here and there, but the device is a beast.

I love it without a case, but would never risk using it on the street without one ;)

The spigen neo hybrid crystal still keeps the great feel and looks, so I'm happy and less afraid to drop it now!

In one word? Premium.

And by Premium I mean Delicate.

And by Delicate I mean Fragile.

And by Fragile I mean like Jewelry.

And by Jewelry I mean Opulent.

And by Opulent I mean Luxurious.

And by Luxurious I mean Expensive.

And by Expensive I mean Extravagant.

And by Extravagant I mean... I mean I'm sorry I'm not very good at describing with one word.

Lol

Awesome phone, i have it, not sure about the whole "slippery" thing, i haven't dropped it yet, i would use the word "smooth" to describe it...

Just get a nice thin case and all your worries will be over. Just get the phone you won't be disappointed. I just love my GS6 edge plus in gold

Looking for a big phone? This is the smallest big phone out there because of the lack of side bezels. Honestly, it feels great and I love it. I hate bezels, so when I found this, I decided I had to have it. Now, it is big. Don't know what phone you're coming from, but I broke out my Droid Bionic last night to see if it still worked, and holy crap is that thing small, but fat. The Edge+ is a lot bigger, but also half the thickness. So, no, it's not as easy to use as a 4.3" screen, but it's still a great phone for the size and easy to use for the 5.7" size.

As others have said though, put a case on it, because of the glass construction, it is slippery as... well... as glass.

Feels great in hand in portrait with samsung wallet thin case. Landscape is more tricky without a walletcase or cover as the bottom fingers will touch the screen at times.

Super.... Super super super super slippery. Hell, I like to have it out of the case just because it looks so Good, but I'm scared to death to test Verizons protection plan. XD

I'm sorry to hijack this thread, but I was curious about this phone. How do the notifications come in? Is there a LED light on the front/top of the phone? Thanks.:p

I'm 6,4" and have big hands,
I don't use a case on it and it doesn't feel slippy.
Before this I had a iPhone 6 Plus and that one I has to have a case on because it wasn't that good to hold.

Well, i've got to say it. I've never had a phone that didn't have an ext. sd card slot(except for my Nexus 5). This phone, and the Note 5, look so good that i just may get one of them.:p
