How I can open my phone (HTC one)?

Hi. My child attempted to open my phone with wrong pattern codes successively. After than I couldn't open it. instead it requires my google account and password, even with that it doesn't work. the only and only thing I can do is Emergency calls. How I can open my phone?

Are you pure stock or have you installed TWRP? If you are stock the only thing you can do is factory reset to my knowledge, however if you have TWRP I know a way to delete the passwords.
