How I can see the current LTE band that my mate 8 is connected?

Hi.

On mediatek based phones, samsung galaxy s6-s7 and iphones is easy with the engineering menu or field menu....

So does anyone know on how do I check the LTE band I'm connected to with mate 8 ?

it shows the bands.

With mate 8 with Android 7 is not possible.

Yes it is not working in Europe as they do not have in their database the exact configurations.

I'm in Europe, I use "LTE cell info" from the playstore. on my mate 8, and it works. It says can't find phone, just put in you phone make.

This application is not showing the active band that the phone is using in real time. It's like a database of what bands supports every phone that it is in the database and this is the reason why it asks model.
